By some estimates, recycling creates ten times more jobs than traditional landfill disposal. The labor needed to sort and process materials creates local jobs in the green economy.

Most of the materials that are sorted at our facility are sent to local processors and manufacturers. Keeping recyclable materials in the region strengthens the local economy and reduces transportation costs and the emissions associated with them.

By recovering materials, we are able to avoid landfill tipping fees and sell commodities to recycling markets. This allows us to remain competitive while delivering a cost savings to our customers.
